Also, you have to be close when the last door closes, then walk away. Which door doesn't matter, it just depends on who has the fob in their pocket. Hi, my name is ***** *****. The person with the key have to touch the doors first. If someone else tries to open the door before you, it won't work. This is a safety feature. Only the driver door and passenger door has keyless entry. The rear doors do not. Do not put your keys between any RFID signal blocking items.
Cx30 this time. Same deal, one key car has an issue after one month. See a red blinking lock icon when the non-working is in the car, and you have to touch the fob to the start button to start the car. I dropped my key in 6 inches of dirty stagnant water last night. It was submerged at least 5-10 seconds while i felt around for it in the water and mud. I had already unlocked the doors, but amazingly, it worked immediately locking, unlocking and starting the car. rCfJ0Ny.
